Complaints


If you have any complaints about the school, we encourage you to bring it to our attention so that we can investigate. You can do this by talking to either your child’s class teacher, the Headteacher or the Chair of Governors. Should you feel dissatisfied with the response you receive, there is an official complaints procedure you can follow. This is set out in our Complaints Policy which can be found below. With our commitment to provide a high quality education for your child, we are very keen that if you have a complaint it is quickly and satisfactorily dealt with so that your child’s education is not hindered.
